CPU and GPU
Beyond leans on the CPU, not the GPU.
The number of laser controllers that Beyond can control depends strongly on the horsepower of your computer (as well as the version – Essentials, Advanced or Ultimate). The more laser controllers you connect to a single computer, the faster your computer will need to be since Beyond computes the output for all laser systems using the PC processor.
RAM
Beond loads the complete workspace into memory and executes this directly from memory.
It is wise to have enough memory. Pangolin advise not to make the workspace not too big. A workspace over 2GB is not advisable.
16 GB of internal memory should be fine acording to Pangolin support.
